How Do I Redeem My Gift Certificate?

 


Redeeming JL Studios Gift Certificates couldn't be any easier! Simply follow these steps:

 

1. Call JL Studios at 416-598-7979 and tell us your unique "Gift Certificate Code" (found in your Gift Certificate).

 

2. Tell us what studio services you would like to purchase with your Gift Certificate.

 

3. Give us a time when you would like to come into the studio and record!

 

It's really that simple! The amount of the Gift Certificate will be automatically deducted from your studio service total. If your total is LESS than the Gift Certificate amount, you will have "in-studio credit" at JL Studios for the remaining balance that you can use at a later date. Your "Gift Certificate" will continue to be valid until the remaining balance is gone.

 

Other Important Details:

  • JL Studios Gift Certificates are redeemable by phone.
  • Gift Certificates are not redeemable online.
  • Allow 5 business hours for processing before attempting to redeem Gift Certificates.
  • Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash.
  • There are no additional fees, shipping, or tax applied to the purchase of Gift Certificates.
